Communication and Speech Studies (CSS) Faculty Members Kristen Foltz, Stephen Kromka, and Lacey Corey-Brown guided 20 University of Tampa students through Morocco. The class visited the bustling city of Casablanca, the ancient capital of Rabat, and the desert oasis of Marrakesh.

Convocation Speaker Presentation

Alice Lloyd College sponsored their Spring 2022 Convocation Speaker Dr. Stephen M. Kromka from the University of Tampa. Stephen studies, performs, and teaches storytelling. During his presentation entitled "Appalachian Storytelling," he described the importance of storytelling in Appalachian culture and provided strategies to help everyone become a more effective storyteller.
